SDX-UST Plastic Handle Accepts Both Standard and Miniature Probes/Connectors Quick disconnect handle/probe sets feature a quick disconnect thermocouple sensor with custom measurement tip, along with an easy grip handle made of either high impact ABS or rugged aluminum. Each probe features a standard size (type OST) connector, for fast connections.

Probes are available in the following types:
General purpose with 1/8" OD, 12" length, 304 SS sheath, grounded junctrion
Penetration with conical tip, 1/8" OD, 12" length, 304 SS sheath, grounded junction
Air measurement style with exposed bead, 3/16" OD, 12" length, 304 SS sheath
Fast response with reduced, 1/16" OD dia. tip, 12" length 304 SS sheath, grounded junction
Flexible tip with RTV silicone rubber tip that conforms to most surfaces.
SDX type ABS handles and HDX rugged aluminum handles accept all standard type thermocouple connectors. In addition, the SDX handle features a universal connector that can also accept miniature connectors. Each handle has 1' retractable cable that expands to 5'. Standard cable termination is SMP type subminiature connector, for compatibility with handheld thermocouple thermometers.
